We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team at The Crieff Food Company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen, planning menus and daily specials, and managing the chef and kitchen team to ensure the highest standards of food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service
- Plan and manage menus and daily specials to meet customer demand
- Monitor stock levels and manage stock orders to ensure efficient inventory management
- Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and safety are maintained
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve sales and profit targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a similar environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team to deliver exceptional results
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Commercial awareness to achieve sales and profit targets
