We are seeking a skilled Programme Manager to join our forward-thinking Research and Faculty Office. You will oversee the student lifecycle from admission to graduation, delivering an exceptional student experience. Assist us in enhancing the quality of applications and onboard the best new talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop operational plans for the PhD Programme delivery
  • Collaborate with Faculty Coordinators to manage progress requirements for all PhD students
  • Manage operational and Trans-Atlantic Doctoral Conference budgets, as well as assist students with external grant applications
  • E nsure an impeccable student experience, monitoring progress milestones, the examination process, pastoral care, and student facilities
  • Take control of applications and admissions, issuing Certificates of Sponsorship and handling visa issues
  • Line management of one direct report

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working in a Higher Education environment
  • Student-facing experience desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Able to work with a variety of software and databases
  • Sound project management skills

Salary Estimate: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
