Key Responsibilities- Independently manage workload and take initial instructions from clients.
- Prepare and advise on Wills of various complexities, drafting powers of attorney, and other estate planning documentation.
- Provide high-quality, timely, and professional advice to clients.
- Correspond with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other professionals.
- Attend clients in their own environments as required.
- Refer complex trust inquiries and IHT advice to the partner.
- Maintain accurate and organized client files and documentation on the company's computer system.
- Promote a compassionate and sensitive disposition, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Prior experience working within a legal or accountancy practice, with experience in drafting Wills and advising clients on estate planning matters.
- Professional, proactive approach with strong client care skills and a sensitive, sympathetic understanding of clients' needs.
- Confident IT skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Own transport is a must.
- STEP qualification or a Will writing/estate planning qualification is preferable.
- Competitive salary based on market rate.
