Customer Service Operations Manager

As a Customer Service Operations Manager at Burton Bolton & Rose Recruitment Services Ltd, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that clients receive exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a high-volume helpdesk, providing timely and effective support to clients.
- Log all client interactions and allocate tasks to the team of engineers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Track work progress from initiation to completion, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports detailing work completed, highlighting key achievements and areas for development.
- Raise purchase orders for spare parts and ensure prompt delivery, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. A salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in driving business success.
