Key Responsibilities:

  • To carry out a range of multiskilled works, including maintenance, repairs, and improvements to LBI managed properties and social spaces.
  • To plan and organize your workload to maximize productive time and ensure the best service to customers.
  • To promptly inform supervisors of any unanticipated problems or delays that may impact on appointments.
  • To provide regular updates and information to supervisors and colleagues to assist with ordering of materials and planning of work.
  • To report any follow-on or related repair works identified with customers, providing sufficient detail to ensure an accurate further works order is raised.
  • To maintain and contribute to the control of imprest stock and other company property held on assigned company vehicles.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience of delivering high-quality multiskilling repairs in domestic properties using a range of portable power tools and equipment.
  • Experience of good construction safety practices and the application of safe systems of work, including asbestos awareness and working at heights.
  • Recognized C&G Apprentice training in Multiskilling NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
  • CSCS Card or willingness to complete the safety test and obtain the relevant CSCS card prior to starting employment.

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week.
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure required.
  • Clean driving license required.
