Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join WALLACE HIND SELECTION LIMITED as a Front Line Sales Representative. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling high-quality dough processing machinery to the bakery market in Southern England and South Wales.

About the Company

WALLACE HIND SELECTION LIMITED is a well-established European manufacturer of bakery equipment. Our machines are used by industrial and retail bakeries worldwide, from small artisan bakeries to major supermarkets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell high-quality dough processing machinery to the bakery market in Southern England and South Wales.
  • Work autonomously after training to cover the sales area.
  • Travel and stay away from home as required by the role to cover the area with occasional trips to European Head Office.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least NVQ 5 or City & Guilds level qualifications in baking.
  • Experience as a Baker or Bakery Manager, ideally in a retail bakery setting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
