Job Overview

This leadership position oversees all aspects of the service and parts departments, ensuring budgeted labour sales and profits are achieved. You'll manage your teams, processes, and departments, striving for the highest possible standards, and provide performance reports and analysis.

Key responsibilities include reviewing customer satisfaction scores, driving the service teams' performance forward, and guaranteeing adherence to Health and Safety requirements. Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills are essential.

You'll work closely with your team to identify and implement solutions to problems, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Requirements include proven experience as a Service Manager / Aftersales manager in a franchised environment, with confidence in managing departments and teams, and a strong understanding of technical aspects.
