HR Manager Role Overview
This is a critical enabling role that will support the successful delivery of the People and Culture vision at the University of Leeds. The successful candidate will have responsibility for implementing the ER strategy by fostering positive relations and partnership working with our campus trade unions.
The role will involve working across all three areas of the team, providing support and input to the Case Management and Policy teams in response to overall workload and team priorities.
Key responsibilities include:

- Providing energetic, resilient and outcome-oriented support to the People and Culture team and key stakeholders across the University.
