About The Role

We're seeking passionate individuals to become part of our traditional fairground team at Butlin's in Bognor Regis. As a Fairground Team Member, you'll be part of a fantastic team that creates unforgettable experiences for our guests.

No prior experience is necessary, and we'll provide you with all the training you need to succeed. You'll work alongside a supportive team, gaining skills and confidence to excel in your role.

Looking for opportunities to develop within our leisure teams or across the wider Butlin's business? We have plenty of chances for progression.

About You

You don't need any experience to work with us. If you have a warm, friendly manner and enjoy chatting with people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working in our fairground team.

If you do have previous experience, we'd love to hear from you. Being a great team player is essential, and you should be comfortable working in a busy environment.

No day will be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and interact with a variety of people. Our fairground is both indoor and outdoor, and you'll need to be over 18 due to our health and safety regulations.

Typical working hours cover a minimum of 24 hours, and you'll need to be available on Mondays and/or Fridays. Our resorts are open during the week and weekends, so you'll need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
