Lead Care Team Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Care Team Coordinator to join our team at Cambian Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the statement of purpose, as well as deputising in their absence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and managing staff to enable them to meet the needs of children and young people
- Undertaking direct work with children and young people as appropriate
- Managing child protection concerns and complaints
- Working in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in residential childcare, including supervisory experience, and hold relevant qualifications such as a Diploma 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
We offer a competitive salary of £15.22 per hour, plus benefits including free onsite parking, meals, and a pension scheme. This role may include working on shift with some weekends and sleep-ins.
