Domino's Pizza Assistant Manager Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza Radlett. As a key member of our management team, you will play a major role in the brand's success by leading, coaching, and inspiring team members to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and a great product at all times.
  • Support the franchisee and senior management team to ensure the store is run efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Manage inventory, stock, and supplies to maintain high standards of quality and freshness.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a quick service restaurant or retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, health and safety, and customer service principles.
