Wayman Education is seeking an experienced and passionate Psychology Teacher to join a reputable secondary school in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent teaching across KS4 and KS5, while working collaboratively with the school team to ensure all students receive a positive and engaging learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and inspire secondary students to reach their full potential
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, keeping regular records of their academic performance
  • Create a safe and conducive learning environment that promotes academic excellence
  • Collaborate with school management, teaching staff, and parents to provide quality academic support for secondary students
  • Prepare and participate in school-related activities, such as performances and parent/teacher meetings

Requirements:
