Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Assistant to join our Outpatient Department at The London Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care in our outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the nursing team in delivering patient-centered care, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
  • Act as a chaperone during patient examinations and assist Consultants with procedures in the outpatient setting.
  • Assist in delivering holistic care to patients, promoting their individuality, privacy, and dignity.
  • Support the smooth running of Consultant clinics, working alongside reception and clinical staff.
  • Prepare clinical rooms for procedures and assist with administrative and clinical duties.
Requirements
  • NVQ in Care Level 3/4 or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in an outpatient area within a hospital.
  • Orthopaedic, gynaecology, ENT, and Dermatology background.
  • Care certificate or working towards it.
  • Experience with Meditech would be beneficial.
  • Strong IT skills.
