Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at ScS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers, providing a personalized shopping experience
  • Accurately process customer orders and finance applications
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £9.74-£11.44, with a realistic OTE of £30K pro rata per year
  • Guaranteed commission of £400 pro rata per month in the first three months
