We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Hybrid Finance Coordinator to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As an Account Assistant, you will be responsible for processing purchase and expense invoices, reconciling bank and supplier statements, and producing data for sustainability certification.

This is a part-time permanent position with a hybrid working arrangement of 2 days onsite and 1 day home working. You will need to spend more time on site during the probation period for training purposes.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows packages
  • High competence in analysis and problem-solving
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
