Job Title: Front of House/Serving Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House/Serving Assistant to join our team at Walsall College. As a Front of House/Serving Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide food and drink service to customers in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Conduct day-to-day duties, including cashier duties, food and drink service, and general cleaning duties.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
