Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a salary of £15.50-£16.25 per hour, plus 1.33x overtime pay. Further technical training opportunities are also available, allowing for career progression into working foreman roles.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Welder or Fabricator to join our fabrication team in a day-based role offering a great work-life balance. This position involves working Monday to Friday from 7am-3:30pm, with optional premium overtime available.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work across neighbouring workshops with a team of 15 other welders, further develop your technical skills, and advance your career through comprehensive training programs.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment. We are looking for individuals who value a good work-life balance, are eager to learn, and aspire to career recognition.
