  • Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers and the Underwriting team to build and maintain strong broker relationships, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Support the Head of Underwriting in governance, insurer relations, training, and other ad-hoc tasks, ensuring the team's success and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in commercial property or liability underwriting, with a strong understanding of underwriting principles, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
