Job Opportunity

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Secondary School Teacher to join their team in the Basingstoke area. This role involves teaching students in key stage 4 within a SEN Secondary School.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lessons that meet the national curriculum requirements. They will also be expected to work collaboratively with the school staff to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach students in key stage 4 within a SEN Secondary School
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the national curriculum requirements
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Mark and plan lessons that cater to the needs of students with special needs
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
  • Ability to create positive relationships with staff, students, and governors
  • Experience of working within a secondary school setting
