About the Role

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Site Development Planning: Coordinating and planning site development activities, including the allocation of resources and the implementation of health and safety protocols.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, including the coordination of labour and materials.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring that all site development activities are carried out to the highest quality standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Technical Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
