As a Clinical Pharmacist Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading our Pharmacy Team in completing the annual Prescribing Quality Scheme (PQS) targets. You will also support colleagues in all areas of medicines management and optimisation.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in managing/leading a team and have an interest and experience in long-term condition/chronic disease management. They will be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and hold an Independent prescribing qualification or be working towards this.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
