Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring properties to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned caseloads of properties to be sourced and acquired
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with supply chain contracts
  • Ensure agreed values and ethical standards are met in line with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and report on performance targets to meet contractual and company requirements
  • Collaborate with managers and team members to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel as required
