Nursery Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years professional to lead our team at Bright Horizons Fulham Day Nursery and Preschool.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and education to our children, ensuring a safe and engaging environment that meets their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Early Years professionals to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Develop and implement learning plans that meet the needs of all children
  • Build strong relationships with parents and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment
  • Promote child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or similar
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Safeguarding
