Job Title: Head of Legal Practice

We are seeking an experienced Head of Legal Practice to lead our in-house legal team at The People Pod. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's legal strategy and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

About the Role:

The Head of Legal Practice will be responsible for:

  • Providing legal advice and guidance to the business on all aspects of law
  • Developing and implementing legal strategies to mitigate risk and drive business growth
  • Managing and mentoring a team of lawyers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in the law and ensuring the company is compliant with all relevant regulations
