Group Fitness Class Instructor

GLL is seeking an experienced and passionate Group Fitness Class Instructor to join our team in Belfast. As a Group Fitness Class Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy, engaging classes that cater to diverse age groups and fitness levels. Your role will involve teaching both freestyle and performance-driven classes, adapting to meet the unique needs of each group.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe and effective classes that promote physical activity and well-being
  • Consistently perform high-quality, fun, and enthusiastic classes that exceed customer expectations
  • Adapt and progress classes to accommodate different age groups and fitness levels
  • Inspire customers through your class delivery and energy, promoting motivation and engagement
  • Ensure all customer expectations are met, providing an exceptional experience

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant qualification, such as Exercise to Music Level 2 or Fitness Instructor Level 2, as well as a Group Qualification
  • Possess strong communication skills and a focus on customer service
  • Demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm for the role and the leisure industry
  • Have knowledge of health and safety procedures
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude
