We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant at Protocol Education. With a focus on the education sector, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils and job seekers.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for developing relationships with schools and candidates, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Your mission will be to proactively build and maintain a robust candidate database, matching them to suitable roles within local educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and candidates.
  2. Proactively identify recruitment opportunities and develop targeted strategies to fill vacancies.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that candidates and clients receive the best possible experience.
  4. Meet and exceed agreed targets and objectives.
About You:
  • A highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about the education sector.
  • A proven track record of success in a similar field or industry, with a focus on recruitment or sales.
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • A creative problem-solver who can think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders is beneficial but not essential.
