Project Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Building Careers UK is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, family-owned residential developer and main contractor in North Wales and North West areas.

This reputable company has built an excellent reputation for delivering innovative projects and creating top-tier residential developments, known for their exceptional quality and distinction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and agreeing monthly interim valuations and final accounts
  • Recording, costing, and agreeing contract variations
  • Internal monthly cost/value reconciliation cost reports
  • Management notification and payment of subcontract interim and final accounts
  • Managing payment of consultants' interim and final accounts

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain and develop professional relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants should have a strong background in quantity surveying, with experience in preparing and agreeing valuations, contract variations, and cost reports.
