The Semi-Senior Accountant role involves delivering a wide range of accounting services to clients, making it an ideal position for a part-qualified individual looking to progress towards ACA or ACCA. Alternatively, this role could be suitable for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Practice who is not studying.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare year-end statutory accounts
  • Prepare basic corporation tax returns
  • Prepare VAT returns
  • Assist more junior members of the team in accounts and bookkeeping work

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience working in Practice
  • Experience preparing sole trader, partnership, and Ltd company accounts for Manager review
  • Ideal certificate level or foundation level of ACA/ACCA completed or 2 years' experience in Practice
  • Strong communication skills
