Account Manager

At Aztrum, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored IT solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager / Sales Executive working for an MSP, specifically having sold Managed Services.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
