About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's facilities, managing maintenance teams, and implementing effective maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of equipment, machinery, and buildings to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Management of maintenance teams and coordination of tasks to meet deadlines
  • Identification and implementation of effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and reduce costs
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong educational background in maintenance engineering or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. Our client also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
