We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance and repairs on commercial properties in the Southampton area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Building Maintenance Technician to work with a reputable company and develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out regular electrical maintenance and inspections to ensure compliance with relevant KPIs and SLAs.
  • Perform reactive maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including PAT testing and fault diagnosis.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Conduct AHU, FCU, and HVAC maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and building fabric systems.
  • Assess and respond to helpdesk requests, carrying out repairs and maintenance as required.
Requirements
  • City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical or equivalent qualification.
  • Testing & Inspection 2391 qualification (essential).
  • 17th or 18th Edition qualification.
  • Good knowledge of electrical services and systems.
  • Sound level of administration and organisational skills.
  • General building maintenance experience.
  • Multi-skilled with the ability to work in a variety of environments.
  • Ability to work overtime when required.
  • Mechanical experience desirable.
