About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Restructuring & Turnaround Advisor to join our Real Estate division at K3 Capital Group Plc. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues from our Restructuring business to provide expert advice on mid-market real estate opportunities. You will have the opportunity to be part of an ambitious team with a strategic plan to grow aggressively with initial offices opening in major UK cities.

The ideal candidate will possess a Chartered Surveyor qualification or be working towards it. You should have significant experience in Receivership, FCR/LPA appointments, and valuations advice. Additionally, you must be able to support clients with options analysis and contingency planning. We also welcome applications from experienced professionals handling formal insolvency matters.
