Our services cater to various care settings and client needs, including support for individuals with learning difficulties, complex care requirements, mental health needs, dementia, and care for older adults.
As a Homecare Worker with Sy3, you will play a vital role in promoting the well-being and quality of life for your clients. This may involve providing companionship, administering medication, assisting with nutritional needs, and offering personal care in the comfort of their own homes.
You will also be required to adhere to clients' individual care plans and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
What We Offer:
- Flexible shifts to accommodate your schedule (full or part-time, days, nights, and weekends)
- Minimum 2-hour call length
- Salary: £13.29 per hour, paid weekly
- Free training aligned with the Care Certificate
- Ongoing support and development opportunities, including in-house courses and funded qualifications like distance learning and NVQ Level 2 and 3
- Annual pay increase
- Eligibility to apply for a Blue Light card, offering thousands of discounts online and on the high street

Requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Hold a valid right to work in the UK
- A Full UK Driving License (travel expenses covered up to 45p per mile)
- A good standard of English and effective communication skills
- An enhanced DBS, which can be applied for upon registration (refundable after a set period of work)
