Care Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Caring Care in Dudley. As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and nutrition
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed linens
  • Assisting clients with their medication needs
  • Assist in the safe moving and handling of clients
  • Providing when required a shopping service by the service user

Requirements:

  • Having a passion for providing the best care facilities to our service users
  • Able to adapt to the service users' needs
  • Able to communicate accurately
  • Well organised and flexible
  • Ability to use your own initiative
  • A DBS check will be applied for all candidates
