English Teacher Job Opportunity at Ty Gwyn Education Centre

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic English teacher to join our team at Ty Gwyn Education Centre. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for planning and delivering personalized learning in English to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in English to students with a range of abilities and needs
* Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes in English, including reading, writing, and speaking and listening
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement a broad and balanced curriculum
* Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment

**Requirements**

* Qualified teacher with a strong background in English and literature
* Experience of teaching students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs
* Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
