We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Relocation Specialist to join our team in North West London.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Relocation Specialist to coordinate domestic and international moves on behalf of high-net-worth individuals and private clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating domestic and international moves, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, including accurate recording of information and prompt communication.
  • Effectively managing customer complaints, maintaining a professional approach at all times.
  • Consistently reviewing processes to ensure exceptional customer reviews and loyalty.
  • Liaising with the warehouse team, shippers, and agents to coordinate shipping routes and schedules.
  • Prioritizing and effectively planning tasks to ensure seamless move execution.
  • Updating clients on their shipping details and addressing any further inquiries or concerns.
  • Ensuring completed contracts, payments, and account checks are received and recorded accurately.
  • Affixing all necessary export and import documentation, guaranteeing compliance with regulations.
  • Booking and managing storage, organizing inspections, and extractions as required.
  • Liaising with external third-party services for additional support when needed.
  • Collaborating closely with key internal stakeholders, including operations, sales, and customs teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within relocation management, removals, storage solutions, or high-end client management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics, fine art, customs, or transport sectors.
  • Experience coordinating luxury goods or services.
  • Proactive and solution-driven nature.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Salary: $32,000 - $38,000 per annum. The salary is estimated based on the job's requirements and location in North West London.
