Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail support team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our retail partners' stores are visually appealing and well-stocked.

The ideal candidate will have a methodical approach and keen attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in retail is desirable, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Removing and replacing stock with the use of pictured diagrams
  • Adjusting shelf heights
  • Moving stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor
  • Store support where necessary

Requirements:

  • Methodical approach and keen attention to detail
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting will be involved
  • Productive nature with ability to work to deadlines
  • Problem solving and a 'can do' attitude with willingness to learn on the job
  • Merchandising knowledge desirable, but not essential

Working Hours:

A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts Sunday to Thursday. Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominately nights). Access to available assignments will be on your smartphone via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.

Travel may be involved when local work is not available. Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away.
