We are seeking a highly skilled Data Privacy Specialist to join our team at PA Consulting. As a key member of our Data Privacy Consulting Services, you will play a critical role in helping our clients meet their duty of responsibility to ensure customer, partner, and third-party information is adequately protected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver data privacy projects, acting as a subject matter expert or leading a team to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development of the team and proactively identify opportunities for further business and team growth.
  • Communicate effectively with different stakeholders about data protection and privacy matters.
  • Develop and implement processes to tailor to privacy requirements, ensuring efficient understanding of client organizations and their business models.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with relevant data protection and privacy laws and regulations, such as CCPA, EU GDPR, and Privacy Shield.
  • Possession of relevant qualifications, such as CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/E, CISM, CISSP, and/or HCISSP, or involvement in industry-related organizations.
  • Ability to efficiently understand client organizations and their business models, and tailor relevant processes to privacy requirements.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a focus on producing quality work in a results-oriented environment.
