Health and Safety Trainer

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Health & Safety Trainer who has previous experience working at height.
Our client is a global company with a reputable training portfolio that operates in over 100 countries.
The main purpose of this role is to provide in-house and off-site training in Oldham with some travel (approx 20%) and ensure all training materials and courses meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
This is an initial 12-month contract with scope for beyond this.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivery of training to meet course objectives using diverse teaching methods.
- Understanding legislation and principles of risk assessment.
- Inspection and maintenance of training equipment.
- GWO/EUSR/MATS instructing experience desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
- Training experience required and ideally a PTLLS qualification or equivalent.
At Height Safety Training Instructors must be physically fit and a health screening certificate will be requested/or can be arranged.
