The Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Partner with 10+ PQE to join their High Wycombe office.

The successful candidate will be joining a highly rated employment team that handles a wide range of contentious and non-contentious work, including advisory work on HR issues, disputes, and transaction/outsourcing work.

The firm offers a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture, promoting freedom, autonomy, and flexibility, with a strong focus on career progression and internal promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a wide range of employment law work, including advisory work, disputes, and transaction/outsourcing work.
  • Working closely with the firm's highly rated employment team to deliver excellent results for clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Contributing to the firm's growth and success through innovative ideas and solutions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ PQE in employment law.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent results in employment law.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
