We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Data Technician to join our team at Capita Pension Solutions. As a key member of our Strategy & Product function, you will play a crucial role in delivering our strategic goals and developing market-leading products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Senior Data Technicians, Scheme Events Leads, and Scheme Event Manager to deliver requirements for Scheme Events and Projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and sign-off.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of Scheme Events and Projects, identifying and reporting risks and breaches to line management and the Operational Risk & Compliance Department.
- Build and maintain working relationships with clients and Capita colleagues, promoting a first-class experience for customers and sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
- Perform data processes, including data extracts, data transformations, data uploads, and bulk calculations in Excel, adhering to quality management systems and complying with pensions and FCA regulations.
- Provide project updates and time scales to Scheme Events Leads, Project Managers, and Scheme Event Manager, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and quality management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, including filters, sorting, pivot tables, formulas, and data validation.
- Experience in a pensions environment or financial services data analysis role is desirable, but not essential.
