About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Master Kitchen Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly during busy services. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of chefs and kitchen staff, sharing your expertise and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and stock levels
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior kitchen management position
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
