About the Opportunity

Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc is seeking a seasoned Talent Management and Performance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning strategies.

The estimated salary for this position is $125,000 - $175,000 per year, depending on experience and location. In this role, you will assist in developing strategies for talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning within Workday.

You will support and configure the talent and performance management processes in Workday, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews. Your ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment will be essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing strategies for talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning within Workday.
  • Support and configure the talent and performance management processes in Workday, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including talent management and performance management modules.
  • Experience with Workday Extend, Workday Reporting, and advanced analytics in Workday.
  • Demonstrated experience with project management in HRIS or HR technology implementations.
  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Workday product management and roadmaps.
