We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Head of Processing and Compliance to join our dynamic and dedicated team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the management of an extremely busy team across three offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, promote, and drive department performance and customer experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve optimized customer experience
  • Manage and monitor operational teams and processes while meeting compliance standards and expectations
  • Identify, build, and maintain positive internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Develop and train your team by recognizing and cultivating talent
  • Implement process improvements and growth initiatives
  • Prepare reports on statistics, rates, and performance levels
  • Manage KPI and SLA processes
  • Recruit and resource plan
  • Work with customers to resolve queries
