Aftersales Manager Opportunity

Job Location: Dorchester, Dorset

Salary: Basic £28k OTE £34k

Hours:
Monday – Friday 08.00 – 18.00 and alternate Saturdays 08.00 – 13.00

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our team at Jago Consultants. The successful candidate will have previously worked in a similar role, or perhaps as an Assistant Service Manager, Front of House Manager, Workshop Controller or Senior Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Service Department's After Sales strategy to maximise volume and gross profit
  • Manage costs and ensure the Service Team uses agreed after sales processes to maximise profit opportunities
  • Provide direction and support to the Service Team to ensure delivery of agreed targets
  • Maximise the performance of the Service Department through effective recruitment, coaching, management and development
