Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Education Assistant to join our team at Five Education Recruitment. In this role, you will work closely with students who require additional support due to their Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and well-being of students, facilitating their learning and participation in various activities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with class teachers to provide tailored support to students with SEND
  2. Develop and implement personalized plans to enhance student engagement and progress
  3. Conduct regular assessments to identify areas where students may need additional support
