Technical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced engineer to lead our Product Development Team. As a Technical Director, you will be responsible for ensuring product developments are delivered on time and providing technical support throughout the company.

This is an office-based role in Norwich with requirements to travel to attend suppliers, test houses, company sites, and customer visits.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Product Development Team to deliver product developments on time
  2. Provide and maintain technical information required by the organisation
  3. Provide technical support throughout the company
  4. Management of testing and proof of performance
  5. Contribute to product development and design projects
Requirements

We are looking for an engineer with experience in CAD and Design Engineering. Inventor software knowledge is preferred but not essential. A background in Manufacturing, Construction, or the Windows/home improvement industry is desirable.

This role offers a competitive salary of £45k to £54k per annum, 31 days holiday, increasing to 33 days after 2 years of service, plus your birthday off.
