Job Description

As a Sales Account Director at Potential Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of UK accounts, including Wholesalers, Shops, and E-commerce sites. Your primary objective is to drive sales growth by identifying strategic opportunities, expanding into new customers, and increasing retail space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and distributors to identify business opportunities.
  • Liaise with retailers and distributors to generate sales leads and expand the customer base.
  • Promote the full range of brands and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Maintain high standards of exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.
  • Adapt approaches to meet the unique needs of each account, offering bespoke services and solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in delivering success in fast-changing dynamic FMCG markets.
  • Channel experience (desirable).
  • Previous experience of working in a trading/selling environment.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable successful negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £43,000 to £55,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus an additional £1,500 per month in bonuses, achievable through outstanding performance.

A comprehensive benefits package includes 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, a cash-back health scheme, life insurance, and access to an on-site gym.
