Job Title: Senior Support Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Support Coordinator to join our Research Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our researchers, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Coordinate schedules and itineraries for our research team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our team members and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with our team members, vendors, and clients.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of administrative software and systems.
