About the Role

As an Automotive Support Associate at Renault Retail Group, you will play a vital part in our busy Service Department. Your primary responsibility will be to support our team with the collection and delivery of customer service vehicles within the market area of our dealership.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will collect and deliver customer service vehicles safely and securely.
  • Upon returning to the dealership, you will assist in controlling and coordinating customer vehicles as they arrive for regular servicing.
Detailed Job Description:
  1. Parking cars safely and securely in designated areas.
  2. Carrying out damage check inspections for all received vehicles.
  3. Collating vehicle mileage data.
  4. Applying Covid-secure measures when dealing with people.
  5. Handling vehicle touch-points and paperwork.
  6. Providing a first-class customer experience.
Requirements:
  • A strong attention to detail to identify faults, damage or defects on vehicles, objects, and premises.
  • The ability to interact with customers and staff in a professional, courteous, and cheerful manner.
  • A full, clean driving licence to drive a variety of vehicles according to your licence entitlement.
Working Hours & Benefits:

This role operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm with one hour lunch break, totaling 45 hours per week.

We offer a competitive salary package including £28,080 per annum basic salary, 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, subsidised car option after 3 months' service, and career opportunities within the Group.
